Terms of Service

Last updated: [insert date]

These Terms govern your use of the Atlas Waystar website and the education and travel services we provide. By using this site or engaging us for a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Atlas Waystar provides two categories of service: education services (admissions counselling, applications, scholarships, student visas and related support) and travel services (flights, accommodation, insurance, tours and related bookings). Specific inclusions, timelines and fees for any engagement will be confirmed with you directly before work begins.

Fees and payment

Where a service carries a fee, we will quote it upfront before starting work. Some services (such as flight or hotel bookings) may be commission-based with no direct fee charged to you. Any deposits, third-party fees (university application fees, visa fees, airline fares) are separate from our service fees and are your responsibility.

No guarantee of outcome

We work to give every application and booking the best possible chance of success, but we cannot guarantee that a university, scholarship body, embassy or airline will approve any application, admission or booking — those decisions rest with the relevant third party.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific service and any third-party policies (airline, hotel or institution) involved. These will be set out in your individual service agreement or booking confirmation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atlas Waystar is not liable for losses arising from decisions made by third parties (universities, governments, airlines, insurers) that are outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
